In Summer 2020 we were delighted to move to our new purpose-built premises located at the Hartnoll Business Centre, Tiverton. Using a range of cutting-edge technology and state of the art equipment, we are fully equipped to design and manufacture all types of quality signage to a very high standard.
Our computer driven Protek CNC routing machine gives us the capability of precision machining, enabling us to work with timbers and various styles of granite and marble-look resins to produce high quality signage. We have a Canon Arizona Flatbed printer which allows us to print directly onto a wide range of substrates, producing high quality, cost-effective and durable display signage.
In Autumn 2020 we were very excited to announce the arrival of our new Epson roll fed printer. Using class leading technology, the printer offers an innovative way to create everything from simple signage to high-end displays and décor. Producing high quality printing with precise, superior colour reproduction to ensure professional quality results every time!
Our Sandblasting cabinet gives us the capability to engrave stone such as Granite, Sandstone and Marble, as well as timbers such as Western Red Cedar. A template mask is applied to the substrate and then the Sandblaster fires sand out of an air-powered pressure gun at high velocity allowing our experienced production staff to carve and etch away the surface of the substrate to create the desired design.
We have a large vehicle bay which means our experienced technicians can apply vehicle livery in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring quality graphic application every time.
