Ken White Signs were approached to collaborate with the award-winning design agency Imagemakers on the Berry Head interpretation signage project. Our mission: to deliver a cohesive, site-sensitive signage experience for one of South Devon’s most iconic coastal landmarks.
From initial consultation to final installation, our team played a central role in co-designing and delivering a unified signage solution. We worked closely with Imagemakers to ensure every element aligned with and reflected Berry Head’s unique environment and fulfilled the client’s vision.
Building on our long-standing partnership with Imagemakers and our reputation for crafting bespoke signage across a wide range of materials, we were brought in early in the design process to help tackle this challenge. Our role was to co-develop a solution that combined visual impact with site sensitivity, ensuring the signage would enhance the visitor experience without disrupting the natural beauty of the setting.
Some noteworthy highlights of the Berry Head project included:
Acrylic panels for durable, visually clear information lecterns.
Etched zinc plates for messaging mounted directly onto natural stone walls.
The signage results at Berry Head have delighted our client.
